Publication Design
Over the years that i've been a designer, i've done a large volume of publication design from magazines, to cook books to race guides and catalogs. Below are a few samples of various projects I've worked on over the years.
Race Guides

It was my responsibility each year to edit the copy, update the race information, and design the annual race guide for multiple races. This is the race guide for the 2020 Louisiana Marathon Race Weekend.
Hydration Guide for Athletes

For this project, I worked with a nutritionist who provided three pages of hydration information related to athletes. I edited the content down into chunks of information that could easily be visualized and understood by high school athletes and then designed the two-page handout for the West Feliciana football team.
LaVie Magazine
For this project, I helped establish the style guidelines for the magazine and did the layout and design each month and worked with the photo team on art direction. In addition, I created the annual editorial calendar and worked with a team of writers to create on editorial direction each month.
LSU Undergraduate Recruitment

For this project, I worked within LSU's style guidelines to create a variety of publications for LSU Undergraduate Recruitment. The examples shown are the acceptance packet for high school seniors and a transfer guide for transfer students. My role is this project was to do a strategic overhaul of the way LSU sent out acceptance information to future students and re-align the communication with the Love Purple Live Gold Brand Standards.
Hooks, Lies & Alibis Cookbook
For this project, I worked with another designer to create the layout and design of Chef John Folse's cookbook. Together we worked with photographers to art direct photo shoots and create a consistent look throughout the 900 page cookbook. We also handled all of the pre-press work ensuring the book printed was of the high-test quality.
